Instructions for Authors

All poster submissions must be pre-registered through the submission page by January 20, 2012. For the pre-registration, please upload a draft version of your poster in PDF format. Note that the draft should at least contain the title and author names.

The final posters have to be uploaded through the submission page until February 12, 2012. We ask you to submit your PDF poster in A4 format for our on-line database. An A0 (84,1x118,9cm) printout version of the poster should be presented at the conference.

It is highly important to arrange the poster content such that it is readable in both A4 and A0 formats. Please avoid too much and too lengthy text.
